Under this, an agreement has been entered into to provide radio service in all Shatabdi and Vande Bharat trains of Delhi Division to give passengers experience of the cities they are traveling in.

Northern Railway has started a huge entertainment platform for its passengers with the idea of New India in trains. While traveling to Delhi, Lucknow, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ajmer, Dehradun, Kanpur, Varanasi, Katra and Kathgodam, passengers will get an opportunity to enjoy traditional radio music on Shatabdi and Vande Bharat Express.

Railways said that this step will give a pleasant travel experience to every passenger in Vande Bharat and Shatabdi trains. Passengers will definitely like having this kind of music in trains. At present, this facility will be provided in 10 Shatabdi and 02 Vande Bharat Express trains. With this effort, the Railways will get an annual revenue of Rs 43.20 lakh. Railways said that this effort to provide entertainment in trains through radio services has been made under the direction of Dimpy Garg, Divisional Railway Manager, Delhi Division and Praveen Kumar, Senior Commercial Manager.
